ISMS Policy Statement
Information Security is considered a top priority by Reliance Cyber top management who recognise that to satisfy the needs and expectations of its interested parties both within the organisation and from external parties including customers, suppliers, regulatory and Governmental departments, it is essential that all information assets are protected appropriately by ensuring the maintenance of confidentiality, integrity and availability.
- It is the policy of Reliance Cyber to pursue the following objectives;
- Establish and maintain an Information Security Management System that is compliant with ISO27001
- Establish and maintain an information Security Management System that is compliant with Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials +
- Compliance to all applicable laws and regulations and contractual obligations Provision of Information Security education to all staff
- Implementation of Information Security Objectives that are established following the results of risk assessments
This policy sets a framework for continuous improvement which is reviewed annually by Reliance Cyber leadership Team to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable to the business.
Responsibility for upholding this policy company-wide is under the authority of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with the expectation of personal commitment of all staff to address information security as part of their skills.
The policy is reviewed annually or sooner should a significant change occur to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
